Hon. Prof. Alan Win is a globally respected practitioner-academic (pracademic) with more than 45 years of experience spanning logistics, supply-chain management, infrastructure, and social-impact initiatives across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas.
He is the Founder and Principal of Middlebank Consulting Group, a specialist advisory firm working across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and an Honorary Professor at the University of Sydney Business School's Institute of Transport & Logistics Studies.
Alan is known for bridging strategy and execution – translating complex systems into practical outcomes – while maintaining a lifelong commitment to education, mentorship, and purpose-driven impact.
